Pilates Intermediate

This course offers a challenging pilates workout with Intermediate specific pilates exercises – challenging strength, agility and fitness, adding progression to your beginners and general workout.
Focusing on core strength, correct posture and awareness and stability of the spine, it will include some stretching and mobility exercises to aid recovery.
This is a more challenging option to the Beginners level, for those wanting to develop their current level in pilates and fitness, with a highly experienced instructor who will offer progressions according to the general level of the Class. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and at this level.
Target Audience:
For those that have completed the beginners course or have equivalent knowledge.
