Prepare For Work



This pathway program consists of five accredited units designed to build essential skills for learning and work. Participants will develop strategies for effective study, communication, time management, work planning, and teamwork. The program also covers workplace expectations, written communication, business structures, collaboration, and job‑seeking essentials such as résumés and cover letters, along with an understanding of diversity and culture in the workplace.

This program is ideal for school leavers entering the workforce for the first time, individuals preparing for employment, or anyone seeking a refresher before beginning their job‑search journey.

This class utilises NSW government funding (ACE). Australian and New Zealand citizens and permanent residents, or those who hold a humanitarian or refugee visa and are over 15 years old and not enrolled in school or full time work are eligible for funding. Please contact the College to discuss.

Learning Methods:

This class will run 2 days per week:
Face-to-face Thursday and Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm for 8 weeks.
