Bellydance for Beginners

This course is perfect for all ages and body types—no dance experience needed! You'll be shaking and shimmying in no time with a focus on fun and fitness. Movements are taught step by step in a clear and patient manner. Belly dance is a fantastic way to boost self-confidence, improve fitness, and exercise the hips and knees without harsh impact. It also helps relieve stress, enhance self-esteem, and provides an incredible core workout!
Target Audience:
Adult women of any age (men are welcome of course!)

This is a face-to-face class running for 8 weeks with class one day a week.
