Tai Chi: Beginners

Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing exercise suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This ancient practice is widely recognised for its benefits in enhancing health, relaxation, flexibility, and overall well-being. In this course, you'll learn a simple and enjoyable set of Tai Chi movements, providing a strong foundation for further progression.
Target Audience:
Tai Chi is suitable for anyone provided they are medically fit, are independently mobile, and can participate without assistance in the class. Participants are encouraged to have a rest at any point if needed, and to stay within their own comfort zone at all times.

This is a face-to-face class running for 8 weeks with class one day a week.
