Yoga for Absolute Beginners


Many people are aware of the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga, but starting can feel intimidating. This course is designed to be accessible to all, offering a gentle pace and personalised instruction. You'll learn Hatha yoga, a style that emphasises holding each pose for a few breaths before transitioning to the next. Each class will conclude with a short meditation, promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Everyone is welcome!

Learning Methods:

This is a face-to-face class running for 8 weeks with class one day a week.
