This qualification is ideal for those who wish to brush up on their business skills, to build their skills for various business roles. This qualification covers a range of fundamental skills and knowledge required for success when working in a business role, and contains many transferrable skills that can be implemented in various industries.

Target Audience:

This qualification is best suited for those who wish to develop skills for entry level and intermediate business roles including employment relating to administration, clerical duties, office assistance, customer service, and many more.

Students will need to have a firm understanding of English language, literacy and numeracy, and have access to stable internet and a digital device.
