Cake Decorating: Beginners

This course is designed for the beginner and teaches the basic techniques of decorations and icing the cake. You will use basic tools to achieve magical results.

Target Audience:
People that have an interest in cake decorating ranging from making fine delicate sugar flowers to wedding cakes and novelty cakes.

Things to bring along:
- Notebook
- Pen
- Pack of baby wipes
- Plastic table covering for messes
- Pack of fondant icing
- Container to take work home in
- Small knife
There will be a kit available for purchase but is not compulsory.

Learning Methods:
This is a face-to-face class running for 8 weeks with class one day a week.
