Microsoft Word is one of the most widely used and powerful word processing applications available. In this course, you'll learn how to utilise its tools to create professional-quality documents for both workplace and personal use.

This class includes the nationally recognised accredited unit of competency BSBTEC301 Design and produce business documents.

English: Advanced

ENGA-P


This class is for confident learners of English that would like to further their knowledge and build upon their skills. Previous training and/or exposure to the English language before attending is essential.

This class uses the nationally recognised accredited unit of competency VU23801 Create texts of limited complexity for learning purposes

English: Health and Medical Appointments

Learn focused English skills to build confidence in everyday situations for health and medical appointments, including making appointments, using bulk billing, communicating with medical staff, and reading medical advice or prescription directions.

English: Housing and Renting

Learn focused English skills to build confidence in everyday situations for housing and rent, including understanding advertisements, communicating with landlords and understanding basic tenancy rights.

English: Intermediate

This course is for people from language backgrounds other than English who would like to practice speaking and listening in English to communicate in the wider community.

Excel: Beginners

If you would like to learn Excel this is the perfect place to start. Learn the basics about Excel functions and the different features Excel has to offer to create and use spreadsheets.

Explore the basics of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets. This course also requires participants to complete an assessment online after the session. This course is delivered in a blend of face-to-face and self-paced online learning to develop the skills and knowledge required.

This class includes the nationally recognised accredited unit of competency BSBTEC302 Design and produce spreadsheets.

Office Skill Set

OFFSS-P

Learn how to utilise the most common Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.

This is ideal for the beginner and/or people who would like to get a better understanding of how these programs work. Basic computer experience is essential. This course is delivered in a blend of face-to-face and self-paced online learning to develop the skills and knowledge required.

Completion of this class and the allocated assessment tasks will result in a Nationally recognised accredited Statement of Attainment.
