First Aid


This class covers two nationally recognised accredited units of competency for First Aid. This class includes a face-to-face practical session which runs once a month, along with online learning quizzes for the theory knowledge of the topic. This class covers basic life support and responses, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), managing common injuries (bites, wounds, burns, fractures, bleeding, shock) and medical emergencies (anaphylaxis and allergies, heart attacks, strokes, seizures, breathing issues).

Target Audience:

This workshop is suitable for those with basic literacy and digital skills who wish to become accredited in First Aid responses – great for home or work to keep yourself and others safe.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement
