During this workshop you will learn how to sculpt, make and apply ganache as well as the finishing touches to create a cake in the shape of a small handbag. Come and use your creativity to produce a unique cake. (Additional cost for ingredients)

Please do not purchase any materials until notified if the course is running 6" mud or firm butter cake round or square ganach or butter cream 2kg fondant your choice of colour or have white and bring food colour for trims 10" firm cake board serrated knife spatular small amount of cornflour in a cloth rolling pin paintingbrush food colours box to take cake home in

Items to be purchased during the course

Wear warm clothing in Autumn and Winter time as class rooms can get quite cold due to aircon.
