Learn different techniques to decorate cupcakes from novelty to more formal cakes. This course is designed for beginners to the experienced. (Additional cost for ingredients)

Participants will have decorated 12 -24 different toppings for cupcakes.

On the first session bring

Please confirm your class is running prior to purchasing materials. 24 or 12 cooked cupcakes, box of white fondant (approx 750g), butter icing (Teacher will have butter icing to purchase if preferred), food colours, spoon, rolling pin, piping bag & tubes (Star, Petal and leaf tubes are suggested), sharp knife. Cutters, modelling tools, "frilled" cookie cutters, Cornflour in cloth (small amount), Apron. Cleaning cloth, plastic cloth, paint brush and scissors. Items to be purchased during the course

Please ask staff for a discounted kit list that can be purchased from the tutor. Wear warm clothing in Autumn and Winter as class rooms can get quite cold.
