Topics Covered include:

1 The name of the street you live on The suburb or town you live in The State of Australia you live in The local government area your home is in How you would get to Westfields Penrith from your home. 2 The method of public transport you prefer to use in your local area How to purchase and use an Opal card on your preferred public transport Where you go to board this public transport The route and stops on this public transport to get to work or college 3 What services does this organisation provide? What are the opening hours of this service? 4 Name of Recreation Activity, What are the opening hours of this activity? 5 In this activity you will pair with a classmate to act as a Patient with a head-cold, and a Doctor. Your trainer will complete the table below as you hold the conversation. 6 The card number The issue number The individual reference number and name of each person registered to use this card The month and year of expiry of this card 7 Your trainer will provide access to the Triple Zero website at: https://www.triplezero.gov.au/ or you may use your mobile phone to access the site. 8 As you work through this booklet you will be required to fill in answers to questions, or take part in practice and real demonstrations
