Topics Covered include:
Understand how Access is used and how to navigate around it, design a database with lookup tables Create a database structure using Access and modify the structure of an existing table Add records to a new table, add transactional records to a lookup database and work with the records in a database table Sort and filter records in a table and create simple and effective queries Sort and filter records in a table create simple and effective queries using manuals to overcome problems. Name and store the database and distributing reports Learn the skills and knowledge required to use digital technology to undertake basic workplace tasks Identify the task and the appropriate technology Complete the task and review
Students will create simple two-table relational databases.

Notebook and pen. Please wear warm clothing in Autumn and Winter as the air conditioning can be cold.
