This is an introductory course revealing the benefits of inner harmony through movement. Start with balance, both physical and mental, then progress to co-ordination of movements. These exercises will reduce stress and tension and improve flexibility. This ancient technique will benefit people of all ages and outlooks.

To learn a short form of Tai Chi movements and postures. Also a variety of Qigong exercises (move and stationary). To improve breathing, balance and coordination."
