Topics Covered include:
1. Organise personal work environment in accordance with ergonomic requirements and analyse task and determine specifications for spreadsheets 2. Use spreadsheet design software functions and formulae to meet identified requirements. Link spreadsheets according to software procedures 3. Evaluate and identify tasks requiring automation. Create, use and edit macros to fulfil requirements of task and automate spreadsheet operation 4. Enter, check and amend data according to organisational and task requirements. Import and export data between compatible spreadsheets and adjust documents, according to software and organisational procedures 5. Determine style of graph to meet specified requirements and manipulate spreadsheet data, where required. Create graphs with labels and titles from numerical data contained in a spreadsheet file
At the end of this course learners will have intermediate skills in spreadsheet design, use and production using Microsoft Excel.
